Our mission at ACI Medical & Dental School is to prepare our students for professional and personal success in their chosen career through comprehensive instruction by industry professionals, hands-on clinical experience, and career readiness training. We’re committed to providing our students with the ethical and professional standards for the workplace, as well as the tools and confidence to pursue their goals.

Helping students start their careers is incredibly important to us. We hand pick our academic offerings to match careers and industries that are on a growth curve and provide students with qualifications for those in-demand careers.

The first step towards success in a career is to get the education and the practical experience necessary to prepare for the job; our students are taught by expert instructors in a small, hands-on setting, and guided towards internship opportunities that provide even more real-world experience. But ACI Medical & Dental School doesn’t stop there; we understand that an education and experience with the latest techniques and technologies is not the only thing that employers are looking for.

Employability skills are incredibly important for anyone who wishes to not only find a job, but keep that job and build a career. That’s why we prepare our students not only for work in a particular field, but for finding and applying for jobs. We teach them the employability skills that they will need in order to be successful.

Employers seek employees that are professional and ethical. Through career counseling and the Career Assistance Program, our students learn to become professionals ready to thrive in the workforce.

ACI Medical & Dental School’s Career Services Department offers a variety of services to assist each student in developing his or her career goals. A lifetime of career services support starts from day one at ACI Medical & Dental School. Students are given one-on-one, individualized career counseling, and attend our weekly Career Assistance Program (CAP), a formal training program that prepares students for success in their new careers.

I GOT THE JOB!

Thank you both so much for recommending me to Jersey Shore Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery Associates!! I got the job!! I start October 16th.

I believe that CAP Training was key! As well as my coursework with Miss Sally and my three certifications, I went to the interview prepared with my portfolio, extra resumes and a list of questions. I thought I would remember my questions and I did not, so I was able to pull out my list and ask my questions.

I had gone on an interview that Kerrie had recommended me for in July, and I was not prepared at all. I had not done any research, I did not have a portfolio with me or a list of questions and I fumbled through the interview.
