 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Heading into my mid 30s, I knew I needed to make a career change. I have always been interested in the medical field. I started to do some research and came across ACI. The accelerated program made me very excited knowing that I could start that career in less than a year. The staff is great and work very hard to make sure each student succeeds. They helped me find an internship that ultimately led to a job. I am very happy with the decision to become a medical assistant at ACI. Now I have the career I dreamed of and the possibilities are endless moving forward.

I came across this school after graduating from a four year college struggling to find a job with my degree. I reached out to some friends I went to highschool with who attended ACI, did my research and fell in love. ACI is on the more affordable side while also giving flexible opportunities through offering their day and night classes. There teachers are one of the best teachers I have ever met. Especially Ms.D. They are very understanding if you need assistance and help is always offered. Not only is it amazing because of the above mentioned but they also will not leave you jobless! They help set you up with an internship and a lot of students get offered a permanent position, including myself! I hope you really consider this school you will not regret it.

After losing my sister to brain cancer in 2024, I wanted to turn my grief into something meaningful, so I left my career in childcare after nine years to pursue healthcare. From day one, ACI felt like home. Miss Joanne always greeted everyone with a warm smile, and Alex immediately put my nerves at ease with her positive attitude, her contagious smile, and by remembering my name after just one meeting. After my tour, I knew this was where I wanted to be. The instructors made learning enjoyable every day. Miss D’s stories and personable teaching style kept class engaging and relatable, and she is always ready to share a laugh! Dr. M made even difficult topics fun and attention grabbing. Even during night classes, they were always willing to help us with a question or make us laugh. After completing my coursework and passing my certification exams, Susan was there to guide me through my internship and even met with me afterwards to help me find my permanent position in healthcare. I truly can’t say enough good things about ACI. The staff genuinely care about their students, and I’m so grateful for the education, support, and friendships I gained along the way.

The person that walked in on the first day is not the same out walking out with 4 credentials with her name on them. Dr.M is such a great instructor and is very passionate about teaching his students. He is that teacher that will hold your hand if necessary during blood drawing. I myself second guessed myself because it was an accelerated program and there are hard times but it is all worth in the end. Going off to an Internship site will really change the way you feel because it’s out in the real world and you’re on your own without your classmates or instructors but it will all be worth it! Don’t second guess yourself like I did and get started right away at ACI!
