ACI Medical & Dental School was honored to receive a visit this month from Colonel Samuel Fuoco, USA, Retired, President of the Monmouth Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). Colonel Fuoco has a decorated and distinguished career in the armed forces, having served for 38 years in the US Army and Reserves, including a year long combat tour with the Multi-National Forces-Iraq in Baghdad in 2006 and 2007.
The AUSA serves Monmouth County through four pillars: fundraising, community awareness, soldier support, and focused community education. They implement these initiatives by participating in many community based organizations and events. The AUSA provides a voice for the Army in the community and supports and honors those who serve and have served in our country’s armed forces.
Colonel Fuoco met with ACI Medical & Dental School to discuss our ongoing efforts to give New Jersey veterans the skills needed for in demand careers in the medical & dental field through our training programs. We are proud to be approved for VA benefits through the Post-9/11 GI Bill® and participate in the Principles of Excellence program from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
We appreciate Colonel Fuoco taking the time to meet with our team and help us identify new avenues to better serve veterans in our community.
