On May 2, 2022, ACI Medical & Dental Award was awarded the 57th Annual Silver Gull Award for Economic Development by the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC). Every year, the MODC presents this coveted award to recipients in Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ who have had a significant impact on the Jersey Shore business landscape.
Under the direction of the committee chair, Senator Robert Singer, the Silver Gull Awards has become a premier annual business networking event for the area. Over 250 business and community leaders attended this year’s event at Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club to celebrate the winners. This award takes into consideration individual and corporate accomplishments in the area of Economic Development, Community Service, Government Leadership, and Tourism. As a 2022 Economic Development award winner, ACI Medical & Dental School was celebrated as having contributed to the wealth and growth of Monmouth and Ocean County.
Frank A. Preston, President of ACI Medical & Dental School, accepted the 2022 MODC Silver Gull Award and gave remarks about the school’s student success rates, including a 92% graduation rate, 89% pass rate on National Credentials, and 89% employment rate. “We received this recognition as a result of working with the whole student. The academic success and employment skills are formally and individually addressed with all students,” said Mr. Preston.
